Lawyer practicing international corporate law and fintech

Prikhodko and Partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activities are based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisors, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Lawyer with a practice in international corporate law and fintech, whose main role is to advise and support clients on issues of registering/doing business in the EU, Asia, America and offshore jurisdictions, opening bank accounts, accounts in payment systems, purchasing a ready-made business.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• selection of the optimal jurisdiction for opening a company (including in offshore jurisdictions);
• full support in opening companies;
• full support in opening bank accounts, concluding lease agreements for legal addresses, support in filling the authorized capital of the company, etc.;
• selection of a form of taxation for a newly established business;
• obtaining the necessary licenses for companies (financial sector, cryptocurrencies (cryptocurrency exchange, crypto exchanges), gambling, payment and brokerage licenses, etc.);
• support in purchase and sale agreements of corporate rights of companies with financial licenses for cryptocurrencies (cryptocurrency exchange, crypto exchanges), gambling, payment and brokerage licenses;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: development of new practice tools and areas of service, writing articles for publications, filming thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• knowledge of English at a conversational level;
• experience in the field of corporate law (international corporate law) – experience in registering companies in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union, Asia, America and offshore jurisdictions, support of purchase and sale agreements of companies with financial licenses;
• experience in obtaining financial licenses in various jurisdictions (licenses for trading in cryptocurrencies, payment licenses, gambling, brokers, etc.);
• knowledge of legislation in the field of business registration;
• excellent communication in English (oral and written);
• ability to work under time pressure, conscientiousness, purposefulness;
• high personal culture.
