In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a real estate and construction lawyer.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• full legal analysis of construction documentation, title documents, technical inventory;
• consulting and supporting clients on legalization of real estate objects of various complexity categories (commissioning, legalization of reconstruction, restoration, construction amnesty, transfer to residential and non-residential funds, divisions, allocation in kind, obtaining permit documentation, etc.), registration of ownership;
• support of real estate transactions (purchase and sale, lease, mortgage, donation);
• full construction support from obtaining permit documentation to registration of ownership.

Required skills and knowledge:

• higher Education;
• work experience in the industry from 1 year;
• knowledge of algorithms for the legalization of construction, reconstruction, redevelopment;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of construction;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking.

It will be an advantage:

• work experience as a state registrar, in the state architectural and construction inspection, the state inspection of architecture and urban planning, the technical inventory bureau (BTI), in the field of notary.
• strong presentation skills. A confident communicator with the ability to effectively convey information to large audiences, small groups and individuals.
