Prykhodko and Partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activity is based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Lawyer for the practice of bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• writing statements on insolvency of individuals;
• drafting claims, requests, complaints, lawsuits, petitions, legal opinions, written consultations and analytical reports, legal conclusions, control over enforcement proceedings, etc.;
• ability to analyze credit agreements;
• providing consultations on bankruptcy of legal entities and individuals. Support at all stages of bankruptcy, during rehabilitation;
• attracting new clients;
• direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies for attracting clients (b2b and b2c);
• providing comments for the media;
• participation in various initiatives, such as the development of new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for publications, filming thematic videos.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• higher education;
• experience in the industry from 1 year;
• knowledge of spoken English (will be an advantage);
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find ways to resolve crisis situations.
