Prikhodko & Partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activity is based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a lawyer to practice migration law (immigration).

Your duties and responsibilities:

• providing advice on migration law and immigration issues;
• legalization of foreigners in Ukraine, temporary residence permit in Ukraine, permanent residence permit in Ukraine, obtaining citizenship of Ukraine, invitation for foreigners, visas to Ukraine, legal support for non-residents, formation of an invitation to foreigners, appeal against decisions, actions or inaction of officials and officials, registration of the place of residence of a foreigner in Ukraine, appealing the protocol for violation of migration legislation, legal support for non-residents;
• support in obtaining visas to all countries of the world (Canada, USA, Great Britain, the Schengen zone, etc.);
• support for obtaining the status of temporary protection;
• support in the United for Ukraine program;
• support for obtaining, residence permit, permanent residence, citizenship of different countries of the world;
• participation in various initiatives, such as the development of new practice tools and service lines, writing articles for publications, shooting thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• knowledge of English at a conversational level (knowledge of several foreign languages will be an advantage);
• higher education;
• 1 year experience in the industry;
• knowledge of regulations in the field of migration and immigration;
• ability to analyze and interpret legislative norms;
• initiative, diligence, resistance to stress, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking.
