Lawyer practicing international corporate law and fintech

Prikhodko and Partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activities are based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisors, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Lawyer with a practice in international corporate law and fintech, whose main role is to advise and support clients on issues of registering/doing business in the EU, Asia, America and offshore jurisdictions, opening bank accounts, accounts in payment systems, purchasing a ready-made business.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• selection of the optimal jurisdiction for company incorporation;
• comprehensive support for company incorporation, opening bank accounts, arranging registered office addresses, and assisting with the contribution of the company’s authorized capital, etc.;
• selection of an appropriate tax regime for a newly established business;
• obtaining necessary licenses (for the financial sector, cryptocurrency activities—such as crypto exchanges and exchange services—gambling, payment services, brokerage, etc.);
• advisory support for the sale and purchase of corporate entities holding licenses for cryptocurrency activities (crypto exchanges and exchange services), gambling, payment services, or brokerage;
• participation in various initiatives, including the development of new practice tools and service areas, drafting articles for publication, and producing thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher;
• Experience in corporate law (international corporate law), including company incorporation and supporting M&A transactions for entities holding financial licenses; experience in obtaining financial licenses across various jurisdictions (cryptocurrency trading, payment services, gambling, brokerage, etc.);
• Knowledge of corporate law legislation;
• Fluent communication in English (both spoken and written);
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; conscientious and goal-oriented;
• High level of personal culture and professional conduct.
