To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Construction Law.

Your duties and areas of responsibility:

• handling property privatization processes;
• conducting a full legal analysis of construction documentation, title documents, and technical inventory records;
• advising and assisting clients with the legalization of real estate properties of varying complexity (commissioning, legalizing reconstruction and restoration, construction amnesty, reclassification between residential and non-residential status, property subdivision, allocation in kind, obtaining permits, etc.) and property rights registration;
• handling real estate transactions (purchase and sale, lease, mortgage, gift agreements);
• providing full legal support for construction projects, from obtaining permits to registering ownership rights.

  Required skills and qualifications:

• higher education degree;
• at least one year of relevant professional experience;
• knowledge of procedures for legalizing construction, reconstruction, and remodeling;
• knowledge of construction legislation;
• analytical mindset;
• initiative, diligence, stress resilience, exceptional legal proficiency, and creative thinking. An advantage would be:
• experience working as a state registrar, or within the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate, the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning, a Bureau of Technical Inventory, or the notary sector;
  strong presentation skills. You are a confident communicator, capable of effectively conveying information to large audiences, small groups, and individuals.
