In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a lawyer of medical law practice.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• provision of consultations on matters of protection of doctors’ rights and protection of patients’ rights;
• support of claim activities of legal entities and individuals;
• drawing up non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality policies;
• drawing up claims, requests, complaints, lawsuits, petitions, legal opinions, written consultations and analytical reports;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: development of new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for
• publications, filming thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• higher education;
• work experience in the industry from 1 year;
• ability to analyze and interpret medical law;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking.
