“Prikhodko&Partners” is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activity is based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for an assistant to the head of the practice (department) of migration law.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• attracting new clients;
• direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies for attracting clients (b2b and b2c);
• legal support for non-residents, issuing invitations to foreigners, appealing decisions, actions or inactions of officials and officials;
• support in obtaining visas to all countries of the world (Eurozone countries, Canada, USA, Great Britain, Asian countries, etc.);
• support in obtaining temporary protection status;
• support in the United for Ukraine program and other similar programs;
• support in obtaining temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, citizenship of various countries of the world;
• legalization in any country of the world on the grounds of investment, business, family ties, etc.;
• providing comments for the media;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: developing new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for publications, filming thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• higher legal education;
• knowledge of the English language at a conversational level (B1\B2);
• understanding of the basic principles of marketing;
• understanding the mechanisms of attracting customers;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find solutions to crisis situations.
