Junior Associate / Pension Recalculation Practice Lawyer

“Prikhodko & Partners” is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activities are based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a junior lawyer/lawyer in the practice of recalculating pensions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Providing consultations on the assignment/recalculation of civil and special pensions, formulating recommendations for clients;
• Legal support for the process of recalculation/assignment of pensions for civilians, military personnel, civil servants, prosecutors, judges, Chernobyl victims and others;
• Analysis of legislative changes in the field of pension provision for civilians and others;
• Drafting procedural documents, understanding specialized calculations/protocols of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• Higher education;
• experience in the Pension Fund bodies from 1 year;
  knowledge of administrative legislation;
• deep knowledge of the regulatory framework for recalculation/assignment of pensions (Laws of Ukraine “On Pension Provision for Persons Dismissed from Military Service and Certain Other Persons”, “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance”, relevant resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Board of the Pension Fund of Ukraine).
  ability to quickly find the necessary information and data;
• high personal culture;
• strong written and oral communication skills;
• focus on results.
