Head of the legal services sales department

Prikhodko and partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activity is based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for an energetic and self-confident Head of Sales of Legal Services.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • formation of the work of the department;
  • attracting new employees to the department. Formation of a strong team. Training of subordinate managers;
  • monthly reporting on the results of the department’s work to the company’s management;
  • attraction of new customers (hot, warm and cold calls) b2b and b2c segment/ cross-selling/ upselling; Sale of services in all directions of the company’s activities. Sale of complex legal and accounting support;
  • direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies to attract customers (b2b and b2c);
  • processing of customer applications, clarification of their needs and sale (offers) of specific services. Registration of clients at meetings/consultations with lawyers;
  • implementation of KPIs agreed with the CEO and the head of the marketing department;
  • management of the CRM system and management of the client base. Fixation of contact data of all customers for the purpose of meeting notifications, providing details, upsells/greetings, profile mailing, etc.;
  • cooperation with practice managers and a team of lawyers.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • work experience in sales from the 1st year (preferably experience in jurisprudence);
  • work experience in management positions from the 1st year with a staff of 3 or more subordinates (will be an advantage);
  • knowledge of spoken English and other languages (will be a significant advantage and will affect the level of earnings);
  • understanding of the basic principles of sales and marketing;
  • understanding of customer engagement mechanisms;
  • impeccable command of the Ukrainian language;
  • initiative, diligence, responsibility, sociability and creativity of thinking;
  • higher legal education (will be an advantage).
