Providing information from the State Register of Rights

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Procedure for the Administration of the State Register of Rights to Real Estate" of October 26, 2011 No. 1141, information from the State Register of Rights is formed solely with the help of the software of its management, with the obligatory assignment of the index number, fixing the date and time of their formation .

Information from the State Register of Rights is formed in the form:

1) information from the State Register of Rights about:

registered rights of property, encumbrances of rights, objects and subjects of these rights (encumbrances)

about persons received information from the State Register of Rights;

registration documents;

2) Excerpts from the State Register of Rights on the State Registration of Rights.

Information from the State Register of Rights on registered rights of property, encumbrances of rights, on objects and subjects of these rights (encumbrances) contains relevant information on registered property rights, their encumbrances on a single object of immovable property, available at the State a register of rights, as well as information from its integral archival component, or information about the absence of registered rights, their encumbrances on such an object of immovable property.

In case if on the indicated person the parameters of the search for a subject specified in paragraph 21 of this Procedure in the State Register of Rights found records about more than one object of immovable property, such person with the help of software means of conducting the State Register of Rights receives for review the list of records of such objects with the indication of their registration numbers and addresses, as well as separate records, which do not contain information about the address of the object of real estate.

After familiarization with the corresponding list, the person can receive information from the State Register of Rights about registered rights of property, encumbrances of rights, objects and subjects of these rights (encumbrances) for each object of immovable property.

Information from the State Register of Rights is formed on such an object of immovable property as a multi-apartment house, containing information about all registered rights of ownership of apartments, residential and non-residential premises located in the corresponding multi-apartment residential building.

At the request of a person, information from the State Register of Rights may also contain information on the receipt, modification and / or termination of the right to property and other rights of property, the encumbrance of such rights, as well as changes in the corresponding record of the State Register of Rights and its integral archival component in chronological order .

Information from the State Register of Rights containing information about the registration number of the taxpayer's account and / or the details of the document certifying the identity of the subject of real right, encumbrance, shall be provided exclusively to the person to whom they are concerned, except in cases provided for by law.

Information from the State Register of the Rights of Persons, received information from it, contains information about the receipt by other persons other than the subject of real right, encumbrance, information from the State Register of Rights on registered rights of property, the encumbrances of rights relating to such subject of an object.

Information from the State Register of Rights on Registration Documents contains information on all electronic copies of documents submitted in paper form for conducting registration operations and made by scanning, and documents in electronic form, formed with the help of the software of the State Register of Rights contained in the relevant registration in fact, and is provided for familiarization in the form of a list of such documents.

After reviewing the relevant list of documents, a person may obtain information from the State Register of Rights regarding the relevant registration document with an electronic copy of a document filed in paper form and made by scanning and / or a document created using the software of the State Register of Rights.

In the case of the formation of information from the State Register of Rights and the provision of it in paper form in the State Register of Rights, the following information shall be entered:

registration number, date and time of application registration;

search parameters specified in the application.

An extract from the State Register of rights regarding the state registration of rights is formed by the state registrar with the help of software tools for conducting the State Register of Rights in electronic form, is placed on the web portal of the Ministry of Justice and, at the request of the applicant, in paper form, on sheets of A4 size paper (210 x 297 millimeters) without the use of special forms, with the signing and printing of the state registrar.

An extract from the State Register of Rights about the state registration of rights is formed on

index number of the extract;

date and time of its formation;

the state registrar who formed the extract;

the basis of the formation of the extraction;

property right (other real rights, encumbrance) of the real rights claimed by the applicant and the state registration of which is carried out;

real estate object.

In the event that an extract from the State Register of Rights about the state registration of rights is formed in paper form, such an extract shall also contain a field for placing the signature and seal of the state registrar.
