For example, if there was a death while performing combat missions, then assistance is provided in the form of 750 times the subsistence minimum, which is relevant for able-bodied persons as of January 1 of the calendar year. • an application from each of the adult family members entitled to payment of assistance, as well as the second parent or guardian of the minor children of the deceased;
• an extract from the order on the exclusion of a deceased or deceased military man from the military unit;
• extract from the personal file about family composition.

In addition, the application must be accompanied by the military’s birth and death certificates, marriage certificate (if the wife or husband will receive assistance), and child’s birth certificate (if assistance will be provided for the child). And if we are talking about disability group III, then the serviceman will receive assistance in the amount of 250 times the subsistence minimum. Smaller amounts of payments are provided in the event that disability occurs due to an illness associated with military service.
