“Prikhodko & Partners” is a law firm that specializes in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activities are based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, and accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a junior lawyer/lawyer in the military law practice.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• providing advice on military law and other mobilization issues, formulating recommendations for clients;
• maintaining military records at the enterprise, informing the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support at the place of registration of the enterprise about the appointment of the person responsible for military registration, checking and analyzing military registration documents of persons liable for military service, preparing documents necessary for proper military registration at the enterprise, establishing interaction between the enterprise and the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support: notification of changes in employee credentials, annual reconciliation, notification, requests from the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support, etc., monitoring compliance with military accounting rules at the enterprise;
• legal support of the process of obtaining a deferment from conscription during mobilization for a person liable for military service/the procedure for dismissing a serviceman from military service;
• providing consultations on issues of transfers, dismissal, mobilization and demobilization, military military operations, escorting military personnel, those liable for military service and members of their families;
• analysis of legislative changes in the field of military law and other mobilization issues, industry regulations, as well as judicial practice;
• drawing up procedural documents.

Required skills and knowledge:

• higher education;
• experience in the field of military law/keeping military records at an enterprise for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of administrative, criminal, legislation;
• deep knowledge of the legal framework on military law and other mobilization issues (Laws of Ukraine “On mobilization preparation and mobilization”, “On military duty and military service”, relevant resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine);
• the ability to quickly find the necessary information and data;
• high personal culture;
• strong written and oral communication skills;
• result orientation.
