In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a lawyer practicing military law and recalculating military pensions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• provision of advice on issues of military law and recalculation of pensions to military personnel, formulation of recommendations for clients;
• legal support for the transfer of military pensions;
• legal support in the field of military law: provision of consultations on issues of transfers, release, mobilization and demobilization, military medical commission, support of servicemen, conscripts and their family members;
• analysis of legislative changes in the field of military law, recalculation of military pensions, industry regulations, as well as court practice;
• drawing up procedural documents.

Required skills and knowledge:

• Higher Education;
• work experience in the industry;
• knowledge of civil, economic, administrative, criminal legislation;
• knowledge of regulations, precedents and procedures related to the increase and recalculation of pensions;
• the ability to quickly find the necessary information and data;
• high personal culture;
• strong written and oral communication skills;
• result orientation.
