Prikhodko and partners is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activity is based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisers, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Head of practice (department) of medical law.

Your duties and area of responsibility:

• attraction of new customers;
• direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies to attract customers (b2b and b2c);
• formation of practice work (department);
• involvement of new employees in practice (department).
• formation of a strong team.
• training of subordinate lawyers/attorneys;
• monthly reporting on the results of practice (department) work to the management of the company;
• provision of consultations on cases of protection of the rights of doctors and protection of the rights of patients;
• support of claim activities of legal entities and individuals;
• drawing up non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality policies;
• drawing up claims, requests, complaints, lawsuits, petitions, legal opinions, written consultations and analytical reports;
• participation in court sessions;
• providing comments for mass media;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: development of new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for publications, filming thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

• higher Education;
• work experience in the industry from 1 year;
• work experience in management positions from the 1st year with a staff of 3 or more subordinates (will be an advantage);
• having a certificate of the right to practice law;
• knowledge of spoken English (will be an advantage);
• understanding of the basic principles of marketing;
• understanding of customer engagement mechanisms;
• ability to analyze and interpret medical law;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find solutions to crisis situations.
