  • Marriage certificate (if available).
  • Passport.
  • Confirmation of payment of all state fees.

After that, you should proceed to the registration change procedure. This will be needed in cases when you plan to live in the apartment that was bought. For this, you need to contact the local state registration authorities. It is enough to submit an application and prepare the necessary documents: a certificate of ownership, personal documents of a person, a certificate from the place of work.

  • Registration of the right of ownership of real estate objects that are under mortgage.
