Receiving of temporary residence permit (TRP) for Belarusian is needed in case of planned stay in Ukraine is longer than allowed period.
The time terms of stay in Ukraine are limited by laws for foreigners and stateless persons. For citizens of countries with a visa-free regime (including Belarus), the period of legal stay in Ukraine on a general basis is no more than 90 days.
Important! By a decree of December 23, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers increased the period of temporary stay for Belarusian citizens in Ukraine to 180 days within 365 days from the first entry.
