RESERVATION OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE PERIOD OF MOBILIZATION

During martial law, not all persons liable for military service are subject to conscription, including those booked for the period of mobilization and wartime for state authorities, other state bodies, local governments, as well as for enterprises, institutions and organizations. Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On mobilization training and mobilization” directly and unambiguously determines that those liable for military service, booked for the period of mobilization and wartime by state authorities, other state bodies, local governments, as well as for enterprises, institutions and organizations in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Reservation is subject to persons liable for military service who carry out activities in peacetime and wartime to ensure the functioning of state authorities, other state bodies, local governments, as well as enterprises, institutions and organizations in a special period. Booking is also possible if it is necessary to ensure the functioning of these bodies and the fulfillment of mobilization tasks (orders).
However, in practice, a number of questions arise: who is entitled to a reservation? How to get a booking? What is the procedure for getting a booking?
