From March 1, 2018, the Pension Fund, having recalculated pensions for servicemen on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 103 of February 21, 2018:

• illegally did not take into account additional types of cash security, namely allowances, increases, surcharges and bonuses;
• illegally reduced the maximum pension from 90% to 70% of cash benefits;
• illegally paid from 01.01.2018 – 50% of the pension, from 01.01.2019 – 75%.
