• People who work to support people with disabilities

In particular, the law regulates the departure of persons who provide official permanent care (are a guardian) of persons with I and II groups of disabilities.

In addition, the cordon can be crossed by: wounded military servicemen, sailors, volunteers and watermen, athletes and cultural workers. In particular, the departure of volunteers is carried out according to the PATHS system.
