According to the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act, Polish banks transfer information about their customers’ transactions in the amount of EUR 15,000 and above to a special body — the General Inspector of Financial Information (similar to the State Financial Monitoring Committee in Ukraine).
