- purchase of government bonds for 2 million euros and more
- Making a free contribution to a socially significant project in the amount of 1 million euros
- Contribution of at least 500,000 euros as a share in the authorized capital of an Italian company that qualifies as an innovative start-up
- Entry as a stake in the authorized capital of an Italian legal entity of at least 1 million euros, with the condition that the foreign stake will be kept for at least 2 years.
These investments must be made within 3 months.

If a person wants to study on the territory of Italy, he must enroll in an Italian university, submit documents that he has been accepted for such studies. In this case, the period of temporary residence in Italy is 12 months. However, this term can be extended in the case of continuing education.
