What is the responsibility for non-updating data in the TCC?

Military lawyer Tetyana Kozyan gave an answer to a common question about what liability is provided for not updating data. July 16 is the deadline for citizens of Ukraine subject to military registration to update their data.

So, in case of non-renewal, what responsibility awaits us?

The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses provides for administrative liability under Article 210, namely a fine from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias. But the corresponding note to the article states that the article does not apply if the holder of the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists is able to obtain information from other information sources.

Those who have not updated their data should also wait for the summons in the mailbox, which from now on will be considered served, and failure to appear on it entails the announcement of an administrative search and the same responsibility under Article 210
