? - proficiency in the state language or its understanding in an amount sufficient for communication;
?- the presence of legitimate sources of income.

However, it is also worth noting that there are conditions that do not allow obtaining Ukrainian citizenship in the following cases:
?- commission of a crime against humanity by a foreigner or genocide;
?- a foreigner was sentenced in Ukraine to imprisonment for committing a grave or especially grave crime (until the expiration or removal of the conviction), taking into account the level of threat to the national security of the state;
? - a foreigner has committed an act on the territory of another state that is recognized by the legislation of Ukraine as a grave or especially grave crime.
