In the Lviv region, higher education institutions, such as the Lviv National Medical University named after Danylo Halytskyi, transfer data on expelled students to the TCC. The university notifies the TCC of changes in the military data of students, including expulsions.

According to Part 1 of Article 7 of the Law "On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts and Reservists", TCCs have the right to receive information about education from the Ministry of Education and Culture in electronic form. However, universities cannot transfer such data without the student's permission. If the university transfers information without the student's consent, the student has the right to file a complaint and even receive compensation.
