Victims of the explosion of Kakhovskaya HPP will receive a one-time financial aid from the state!

On June 19, the government decided that each victim from the flooded regions of Kherson and Mykolaiv regions will receive UAH 5,000 from the reserve fund of the state budget.

Victims are those persons who, at the time of the emergency:

• lived/were registered/declared in settlements that were flooded in Mykolaiv region and Kherson region. The lists of these settlements, streets and addresses are approved by the local regional military administrations;
• moved after June 6, 2023 from the temporarily occupied territories of the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, which are located in flooded areas.

Application deadline

It is necessary to apply to the social security authorities by August 31, 2023 inclusive.

From the documents, it will be necessary to present:

1. an identity document or document;
2. a document confirming the registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
3. for children – a child's birth certificate or e-birth certificate. Information about a minor child is included in the application of one of the parents.
