• those who obtain professional pre-higher and higher education, trainee assistants, postgraduates and doctoral students of full-time or dual forms of education;
• certain categories of civil servants, defined in current legal acts (in particular, employees of law enforcement structures and anti-corruption bodies);
• those who are deferred from mobilization.
