What is required to participate in the tender?

• Subscribe to the e-mail newsletter, while choosing the parameters that interest you - either the subject of purchase or the corresponding customers;
• Submitting your own price offer for a tender that interested you. At the same time, such a price can be additionally justified so that the customer chooses you;
• Successful completion of the stage of public bidding, at which the Prozoro system determines the winner who offered the lowest price. But the customer can refuse this price offer, because the performance of the work or the quality of the provided services or material does not meet the requirements set out in the tender documentation.

After passing the last stage, the customer sends a notice to the winner of public auctions about signing a contract for the performance of works, services or delivery of goods, and other participants receive a notice about the refusal to accept their offer.

If one of the participants in public auctions believes that the public auctions were conducted in violation of the legislative acts of Ukraine, he can send a complaint to the Authorized Committee. In addition, participants also have the right to demand from the customer an explanation as to why such a price offer from the company won the tender.

If there were no complaints from the participants of public auctions, the parties sign a cooperation agreement between themselves.
