Blocking accounts and arresting property in Ukraine - a tangible remote blow

This paves the way for an international wanted list through Interpol or Europol databases.

The dynamics of legislative changes indicate that the state is determined, and the mechanisms for identifying violators are becoming more and more sophisticated.
