Updating data in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support

During mobilization under martial law, in accordance with Government Resolution № 1487, military registration is carried out

  • at the place of residence;
  • at the place of work;
  • at the place of higher and higher education;
  • at diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad.

The data on the person liable for military service must be updated in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support at least once every 5 years. If a person liable for military service has changed their place of residence or other personal data, they should notify the Territorial center for recruitment and social support within 7 days.

 

What do you need to know about registration?

The rules of military registration in Ukraine changed in January 2023. In places where there are no Territorial center for recruitment and social support, the registration is maintained by local governments. Failure to update the data in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support in a timely manner leads to legal liability. It is provided for in Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Such an offense is called a violation of the legislation on military registration and military service by persons liable for military service or conscripts.

What data is updated in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support?

The personal data to be updated in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support include:

  • surname, name and patronymic of the person liable for military service
  • date and place of birth, gender;
  • place of residence and stay;
  • information about parents, guardians, adoptive parents, trustees;
  • information on marital status;
  • details of passports (both domestic and foreign passports, if any);
  • information on citizenship;
  • information about documents confirming the person's death or that he or she is missing;
  • information on the recognition of a person as incapacitated or, conversely, the restoration of legal capacity;
  • information on employment (this applies to the position, place of work, enterprise code);
  • Registration number of the taxpayer's account card;
  • digitized image of the person liable for military service;
  • data on departure from and return to Ukraine;
  • data on education and specialty;
  • information related to the state of health and affecting the recognition of a person as fit or unfit for service (this applies to the establishment of a disability group or its change);
  • information on criminal prosecution (for example, it may be a suspicion of committing a crime) and information on court proceedings (including a verdict that has entered into force);
  • information on the presence or absence of a criminal record;
  • unique number of the record in the URPTI, if any;
  • information on the right to deferment from military service during mobilization.

This is the full range of data to be updated in the Territorial center for recruitment and social support. In each case, it will be different, as some items are universal for all persons liable for military service, and some are relevant exclusively for those to whom they relate.
