TAX CHECK?! DO NOT WAIT FOR RESULTS – APPLY TO LAWYERS

In December 2018, the director of a large enterprise, where began the tax audit, addressed the lawyers of "PRIKHODKO & PARTNERS". According to the results of this check, tax reports were made up to 3 million UAH . In addition, a protocol on administrative offenses under Art. 163-1 KUpAP was drafted to a director of the specified enterprise.

PRIKHODKO & PARTNERS lawyers are currently appealing the administrative procedure and the proceedings on administrative violations (in connection with the absence of administrative offenses) have already been closed.

Advised by PRIKHODKO & PARTNERS lawyers:

• Immediately upon receipt of the notification of the audit, involve tax lawyers and disputes with the DFS;
• to prevent the inspection of tax inspectors, to not sign and give no explanations without consulting a lawyer;
• to remember that the taxes overstate fines and counts them not always in accordance with the law, the decision on payment of fines is ultimately accepted only by the court, DFS officials are obliged to act only in accordance with the current legislation, the forced simple enterprise is the basis for the indemnity harm.
