SUCCESSFUL PENSION RECALCULATION FOR MILITARY PENSION

In pursuance of the decision of the Cherkassk Regional Administrative Court of 13.05.2021 in case № 580/1465 / 21, the Cherkassy Regional TCC and JV prepared a certificate on the amount of the monetary allowance of Vladimir Dmitrievich dated 06/14/2021 № FR37961 as of 05.03. types of monetary allowances for the recalculation of the basic pension amount from 01.04.2019.

However, the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region refused to recalculate the pension on the basis of a certificate issued by the Cherkasy regional TCC and the joint venture about the amount of monetary allowance, taking into account additional types of monetary allowance.

On September 6, 2021, the Cherkasy District Administrative Court in case № 580/5752/21 satisfied the claim of Vladimir Dmitrievich and decided:

To oblige the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region to recalculate and pay the pension to Vladimir Dmitrievich from 01.04.2019 on the basis of the certificate of the Cherkasy regional territorial center of recruitment and social support from 14.06.2021 № amounts.

In pursuance of this court decision, the GU PFU in the Cherkasy region recalculated Vladimir Dmitrievich's pension.

According to the response to the lawyer's request, the GU PFU in the Cherkasy region reported that on 10/08/2021 Vladimir Dmitrievich recalculated his pension from 04/01/2019 from the monetary allowance determined on the basis of a certificate issued by the Cherkasy regional territorial center of recruitment and social support
from 14.06.2021 № FR37961.

The amount of V.D.'s pension after recalculation from 01.04.2019 it is 14 970.00 UAH, from 01.07.2019 - 15 640.00 UAH, from 01.12.2019 - 16 380.00 UAH, from 01.07.2020 - 17 120.00 UAH, from 01.07.2021 - 18 540.00 hrn. Vladimir Dmitrievich has been receiving a pension in the specified amount since November 2021.

In addition, for the period from 01.04.2019 to 31.10.2021 GU PFU in the Cherkasy region owed a military pensioner a pension in the total amount of  209 786.81 UAH
