A package of documents is necessary for the registration of an apartment in a new building

Together with the application to obtain the right to own an apartment in Kiev, the owner provides the registration service with the following documents:

investor's agreement with the developer (investment agreement, agreement of share participation or sale);
an extract from the owner's participation in the investment activity;
an act of reception-transfer of an apartment;
technical passport for an apartment in a new building made by any BTI;
a receipt confirming the payment of the necessary state duty.
