A package of documents is necessary for the registration of an apartment in a new building

Together with the application to obtain the right to own an apartment in Kiev, the owner provides the registration service with the following documents:

investor's agreement with the developer (investment agreement, agreement of share participation or sale);
an extract from the owner's participation in the investment activity;
an act of reception-transfer of an apartment;
technical passport for an apartment in a new building made by any BTI;
a receipt confirming the payment of the necessary state duty.
When submitting an incomplete package of documents, the state registrar will suspend the process, and registration of ownership of housing will not be carried out before the elimination of the reasons. The duration of such a period of time is 5 working days, as described in the current procedure.
