SERVICE OF THE STATE MIGRATION SERVICE “ELECTRONIC QUEUE”

 The State Migration Service of Ukraine is in the trend of informatization processes, and therefore launches electronic services. Yes, one of them is the "Electronic Queue". This service provides remote (online) registration for receiving migration services by foreign citizens. The service works in test mode in such cities as Dnipro, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Odessa. Lviv. In the future, work is planned in all regional centers. Normative regulation of the service is provided by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine № 732 dated 05.09.2018.

 For further work you need to choose the service you need. Choosing the right service is important because LCA employees specialize in certain areas, and therefore an error can cause the cancellation of the entry in the electronic queue, and therefore you may be left without the service.

In the service you can use the following functionality:

• Online recording;
• Payment without coupon;
• Cancel recording;
• Check coupons and receipts.

Regarding the types of services provided in this mode, they are:

• Temporary residence services (temporary residence permit, etc.);
• Obtaining an immigration permit;
• Permanent residence services (issuance of a permanent residence permit and other services);
• Extension of the period of stay on the territory of Ukraine.

 After choosing a specific service that interests you, you need to make an entry in the electronic queue. Methods of registration are: Viber, Telegram, using a mobile phone. Further consent is given to the collection, processing and use of personal data; acquaintance with the rights of the personal data subject.

 Next, you select the region, specific unit of the LCA, free date and time. Time recording occurs every 15 minutes. There may be a situation when there are no vacancies on a certain date, as the number of employees and the number of workstations in the migration service units limit the number of people who can be registered in the electronic queue.

 The next step is to enter the last name and initials and confirm the correctness of the entered data.

 One entry in the queue allows you to process only one document. If you need to draw up a document for two or more people - you need to make another entry for each of them. Then it is possible to pay for the selected service online. It is also possible to fill in the personal data required to provide the service and thus reduce the time spent in the LCA unit. The data filled in in this section remains only with you in the form of a QR-code and is not stored on the LCA server.
