RETURN OF MILITARY PENSION ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION ON THE AMOUNT OF CASH SECURITY

By the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv of May 19, 2021 in case №640 / 4946/21 the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv is obliged to transfer and pay Oleksiy Stepanovych's pension on the basis of a certificate issued by the Financial Intelligence Service of Ukraine 193 of October 21, 2020 on the amount of cash security as of March 5, 2019, including the following components of cash security:

• salary - UAH 9,590.00;
• salary for military rank - UAH 1,480.00;
• allowance for years of service (50%) - UAH 5,535.00;
• allowance for the peculiarities of service (50%) - UAH 8,302.50;
• allowance for service under conditions of regime restrictions (20%) - UAH 1,918.00;
• allowance for the qualification "master" (7%) - UAH 671.30;
• premium (30%) - UAH 2,877.00, which were taken into account before the recalculation of the pension, starting from April 1, 2019, taking into account previous payments.

GU PFU in Kyiv recalculated the pension of Oleksiy Stepanovych on the basis of the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv of May 19, 2021 in case №640 / 4946/21.

For the period from April 1, 2019 to November 30, 2021, funds in the amount of UAH 115,896.69 were accrued for the execution of the court decision.
