REPORT ON THE TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

So, in the aforementioned Regulation, it is mentioned that the issue of the transfer of military personnel belongs to the nomenclature of various officials. When it comes to transferring the same military unit to another unit, an order is required from the official under whose command the relevant unit is located.

This applies to all positions, except those that belong to the authority of senior officials. For example, officers and graduates of relevant educational institutions may not be transferred during the year, except for the specific exhaustive cases provided for in clause 111 of the mentioned Procedure. This may be an official necessity related to the staffing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It usually refers to the immediate reaction forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
