REPORT ON MSEC

MSEC is a medical and social expert commission, an institution in the health care system. which appoints and carries out a medical and social examination for persons who apply to establish the percentage of lost working capacity, the presence and group of disabilities, the need for prosthetics, etc.

Therefore, the need to undergo MSEC in the military may arise in case of treatment after an injury, there is a loss of working capacity, and it is necessary to establish its exact percentage in order to receive compensation in the form of a one-time cash benefit or to establish a disability group, if there are grounds for its acquisition. Therefore, after treatment, a serviceman must return to his military unit and submit a report on passing the MSEC.
