RECEIVING THE PROMISED PRIME MINISTER OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GRAND – ANOTHER SCHEME OF DECEPTION OF THE POPULATION

Recently, it was announced on all national television channels that the state supports businesses and citizens of Ukraine and will provide grants.

According to information from DIIA, such financing is currently available at https://diia.gov.ua/.

We would like to learn more about the history of our customers.

Acting fop. Flower business for the past 2 years. A successful small business with stable income. People work even during war. They pay taxes. They work in a small rented room. They saw the statement of the state leadership about receiving grants. A qualitatively prepared business plan with real figures. We applied for financing. And they were refused.

And now the most important thing, this is what is written in the refusal:

And our clients already have three such answers, all of them identical. What is the discrepancy? How to fix the situation? There are no answers.

Oschad Bank got a call after 2 hours actually. In response, we heard that they do not provide any information, you need to apply in accordance with the procedure of the "On citizens' appeal", which means that you will receive an answer to your request no earlier than 30 days. And most importantly, it is impossible to apply again.

This is a story about supporting Ukrainian business. We make our own conclusions. I wonder who will still receive these grant funds.

Of course, we as professional lawyers:

• We will make legal inquiries and quickly receive answers to our questions.
• Maybe we will appeal the refusal in court.
• Maybe we will still get the desired result for our client.

But this is all very long, and business needs to work today and not sue the state, but help each other.
