  • Once a work permit expires, it can be extended an unlimited number of times. This means that when the stipulated year or two expires, you do not have to say goodbye to a valuable employee if he or she is a foreigner or stateless person.
  • On the basis of a work permit, you can apply for a temporary residence permit for the period for which the permit is issued. This will allow your employee to legally reside in Ukraine while working here.
  • When applying for a work permit for a foreigner or stateless person in Ukraine, there are no requirements for the salary of the future employee. These are the legal provisions in this regard starting in 2022.
