This is the Commission on establishing the fact of deprivation of a person's personal freedom as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine. The body operates under the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.

Is money security preserved?

Of course, a military serviceman's financial support and a reward in the amount of 100,000 hryvnias, if it was assigned, are kept by the serviceman. These funds are received by the family, and their payment is made from the moment when the soldier was captured. Family members need to write an appropriate statement to the commander of the unit where the serviceman served before capture. As for the mechanism of its submission, it takes place through the TCC at the place of residence.

Children of such military personnel can receive free education in several types of public and communal institutions. These are institutions of professional and technical, pre-higher and higher education. This also applies to full-time education. However, you can use this right only up to the age of 23.
