On July 9, 2019, a new service, which provides for the online registration of a limited liability company, as well as a number of other services, has begun to work on the portal "Online Justice House".

Now, to register a LLC operating on the basis of a model statute, you can go online in a few minutes and without complicated bureaucratic procedures in the "Online Justice House of Justice", which is a draft law of the Ministry of Justice.

In addition to registration, the service provides for the online change of the statutory documents of LLC, the election of a management model, name, management, type of activity, procedure for payment of dividends, increase of the authorized capital, convening of general meeting, etc.
The e-service is implemented in the form of a questionnaire with detailed tips for each step.
The Ministry of Justice notes that the implementation of this service is another step towards improving the business environment in Ukraine.
