Obtaining information from the State Register of Real Estate Rights

Information from the State Register of Rights on the state registration of rights and their encumbrances is provided by the state registration authority, notary in the form of an extract, information certificate and extract.

Extracts from the State Register of Rights on the basis of an application are entitled to receive:

1) the owner of the immovable property or a person authorized by him;

2) a person who has a real right to another's real estate, or a person authorized by him;

3) the heir (assignee - for a legal entity) or a person authorized by him;

4) the owner (co-owner) of an apartment, residential or non-residential premises in an apartment building when creating an association of co-owners of an apartment building, an association of co-owners of an apartment building (an association of owners of residential houses, if it has delegated authority to manage the indivisible and common property of the relevant residential complex), housing cooperatives or their authorized persons on the subjects of ownership of residential and non-residential premises in such a house (Part 2, Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine).
