NEW MILITARY RECORDING: TOP 10 CHANGES AND TIPS

There has been an active discussion around the issue of military accounting for more than one month. It's all caused by that. that the condition of war military accounting plays an important role. Recruitment and social support centers must have reliable information about those liable for military service. Until the beginning of 2022, the majority of those liable for military service did not report data on changes in family status, and often on changes in their residence. Amendment №1

Depending on the number of employees at the enterprise, there should be a person responsible for maintaining military records. If earlier it could be any person who, on the basis of the order of the head, performed such duties, now such a person must meet the relevant qualification requirements determined by the Procedure for Maintaining Military Records, which entered into force on 01/05/2023.

Amendment №2

Notification of the Recruitment and Social Support Centers about the admission or dismissal of a military service worker for work must occur within seven days, in the form determined by the specified Procedure.

Amendment №3

Military records should be maintained for persons of military age (from 16 to 27 years old), reservists, as well as for women with a medical or pharmaceutical education.

Amendment №4

The order of military registration documents has changed. Information about persons liable for military service at the enterprise should be reflected in Appendix No. 5 in the above Procedure.

Amendment №5

If the enterprise has undergone certain changes in the data of persons liable for military service, then by the 05th day of the next place, the recruitment and social support center should be notified about this.

Amendment №6

When traveling abroad for a period of more than 3 months, a person liable for military service must, on the basis of documents confirming his departure, be deregistered and registered with the diplomatic institution of the country to which he travels.

Amendment №7

Enterprises must independently determine by October 1 whether advanced training is necessary for their employees involved in maintaining military records. Raising the qualifications of employees responsible for maintaining military records is necessarily not native once every five years. Previously, there was no such obligation.

Amendment №8

An employee who is responsible for keeping military records must notify employees on the basis of an order of the need to arrive at a recruitment and social support center.

Amendment №9

Every year, the businesses that the reserved conscripts work for will be inspected. Such checks may be carried out unscheduled.

Amendment №10

If a person liable for military service has reached the age limit for military registration, then within seven days the enterprise must send such employees to recruitment and social support centers to exclude such persons from military registration.
