MINREGION DETERMINES LIST OF BUILDINGS AND REAL ESTATE PROPERTY NOT APPLIED TO A MAIL ADDRESS

The Ministry of Regional Development has developed a list of construction and real estate objects that are not assigned a postal address.

Order # 137, which approves this list, was approved on June 21, 2019 and registered with the Ministry of Justice on June 27, 2019 under No. 681/33652. The most problems related to the assignment of the mailing address have arisen and arise just in relation to linear objects of the engineering and transport infrastructure. These include power lines, tracks, roads, subways, and other transportation objects and more. Their components may be located within several settlements and administrative-territorial centers, or may belong to several at once.

Therefore, the Ministry of Regional Development has developed a clear list of objects for which the mailing address is not assigned. On July 1, 2019, an experimental procedure for assigning addresses to construction and real estate objects began to take effect. It will be possible to get the address of the object of construction and real estate in 5 working days, whereas before that it would take on average 30 days or more.

The assignments of the address will be carried out by the executive committees of the village, settlement, city council, district state administrations in Kyiv, district and regional state administrations.
