What affects financial support?

What else does the legislation say about this issue?

In Order № 260, as well as in Appendices 2-11 to Cabinet Resolution № 704 of August 30, 2017 and Appendices 1-27 to Cabinet Resolution of March 1, 2018, you can see a detailed description of salaries. In addition, the Order of the Ministry of Defense № 317 of September 7, 2020 defines the list of full-time positions of private, sergeant and senior staff in accordance with the tariff categories of positions and ranks held by military personnel. As for the seniority allowance, its purpose is specified in Chapter IV of Order № 260 and Appendix 16 to Resolution № 704.

The general conditions for awarding seniority allowances are as follows:

• 1-5 years - 25%;
• 5-10 years - 30%;
• 10-15 years - 35%;
• 15-20 years - 40%;
• 25+ years - 50%.
