A person whose grandparents lived permanently until August 24, 1991 in Ukraine
Person (sibling) who was born before August 24, 1991 in Ukraine
Person whose siblings (siblings) were resident until August 24, 1991 in Ukraine
A person whose son or daughter was born before August 24, 1991 in the territory that became the territory of Ukraine
A person whose son or daughter resided until August 24, 1991 in the territory which became the territory of Ukraine
A person whose grandson or grandson was born before August 24, 1991 in the territory that became the territory of Ukraine
A person whose grandson or grandson resided until August 24, 1991 in the territory that became the territory of Ukraine
A minor child together with one of the parents, who registers the acquisition of Ukrainian citizenship

In the case of these circumstances, a person has the right to obtain an immigration permit to Ukraine, it should be noted that this category of persons receive a permit for immigration outside the quota, ie the number of persons per year is unlimited.
