Legalization of mass media

For any democratic state, the opportunity to freely disseminate information is one of the fundamental rights.

One way of spreading it is to freely express their views and beliefs in printed form.

In order to organize your media outlet in Ukraine, you need to obtain a special permit from an authorized public authority.

The legalization of the media is carried out through its state registration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On printed mass media (press) in Ukraine» dated November 16, 1992, No. 2782-12.

In accordance with the 11th mentioned Law, all printed mass media, which will be issued on the territory of Ukraine, shall be subject to state registration, regardless of the sphere of distribution, circulation and/or method of their manufacture.

As a result of the diligent work of our lawyers, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, we received a document of a State standard, which legitimizes the activity of the printed publication, namely, the Certificate on the state registration of the printed mass media.
