Leave of servicemen for family reasons

The issue of vacations for military personnel has been quite a resonant topic for a long time, because many defenders of Ukraine complained about the fact that they do not have the opportunity to restore their forces properly. It also specifies that military personnel who used only 10 days of leave before this law came into force will be able to use 20 more during the calendar year before it ends. What is known about this vacation?
