The punishment is imprisonment for a term of 4 to 7 years (part two of Article 303 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). If the actions are committed against a minor, the term of imprisonment is from 5 to 10 years with confiscation of property.

If the above-mentioned illegal acts lead to serious consequences for minors, the criminal faces imprisonment for a term of 8 to 15 years.
