2. Fine (it ranges from 1000 to 4000 NMDH).
3. Restriction of freedom for up to 3 years.
4. Deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions for a period of up to 3 years.

If the crime was committed by a group of persons repeatedly or with a prior conspiracy, the punishment is chosen based on Part 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. in particular, the term of restraint may be up to 5 years.
